This 1995 womens watch commemorates the 1936 Mickey Mouse cartoon Through the Mirror (Thru the Mirror, official title). Seiko numbered limited edition release of only 3500 and long since sold out. The one offered here is a numbered never worn, never displayed working womens version in new condition. You will see surface scratching on the case back occurring during a battery replacement. If you are not satisfied with the condition,  You may return it for a full refund.  The versions of this that we have listed elsewhere on our site, marked: SAMPLE, have a much better looking case back with little to no visible scratching on the case back. They are salesmen samples also in new unworn condition and numbered 000 Sample.

Two hand Japanese quartz movement with analog display, mineral crystal, Black leather Seiko strap. Case diameter: 26mm, band width 14mm.

Thru the Mirror is one of the most famous and creative Mickey Mouse cartoons by Walt Disney Productions released by United Artists in 1936. It draws heavily from Alice in Wonderland for theme and content. In this cartoon short, Mickey has a Through the Looking Glass (Alice in Wonderland) type dream where he travels through hiss mirror and enters a topsy-turvy world where his inanimate objects come to life. He engages in a Fred  Astaire dance with a pair of gloves and deck of cards until they chase him back out of their bizarre world. You can view this full length fascinating cartoon through Youtube. An amazing example of the incredible creativity and animation skills of the early Disney artists.
