Euro Disney Apollo watch grand opening commemoratvie mens gold tone wristwatch. The watch features a  gold tone image of  Cinderella's castle. This was a 1992 Grand opening special limited release commemorative watch that has been long since sold out. It is rare to find one in this new, unworn, working condition. Gold tone bezel with stainless steel back. Three hand Japanese quartz movement with analog display mineral crystal, brown leather strap. Case diameter: 32 mm which was released as a mens size but is now also a common womens over size watch as watches have increased in size over the years. Band width 18 mm. Water resistant to 3 ATM ( 30 meters, 100 feet).

Euro Disney opened in early 1992 to less than stellar reception, with controversy and a period of recession bringing far lower than anticipated attendance. But by 1995 the rebranded Disneyland Paris had become a major tourist attraction and began to show a profit.
