RETURNS:
Watches Crafts and Collectibles, craftsnclocks.com offers the following Returns Policy: Items received defective will be replaced at our cost including the return shipping costs. You must contact me within 3 days of receipt of item to report a defect. Then just return the item following the instructions provided you  with all packaging (unless otherwise instructed) You will be given specific instructions regarding how to package the return that are intended to hold the return shipping costs down. It is important to fully follow the instructions to assure you receive full compensation for your return shipping costs.

Items developing a problem after the 3 days time frame are still covered under the Manufacturers Warranties. Fossil usually has an 11 Year Limited Warranty and Game Time has its exclusive Lifetime Warranty.

Items returned due to customer not being happy with the item can be returned within 14 days at the customers expense for a replacement item or gift card  from our store. Items MUST be returned with all tags and packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. No exceptions.  If value of the replacement is more or less than the original, then a cost adjustment will be made as partial refund of cost difference or additional charge for an item of greater value. Shipping of your replacement item will be free.

U.S. Shipping: 
Item shipping costs are a fixed rate based on the number of items purchased and weight and is the same regardless of shipping location within the U.S. The current rate is $6.95 for the first one pound item  ( Most watches fall within the one pound range) and $8.95 for the first 2 pound item (Some collectible items or watches in heavy cases fall withing this range), $3.00 for the second item and incremental increases for additional items.) Items ship U.S. Post Office Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation.  An Express Guaranteed two businesw day ship option has been recently added

 The vast majority of our items are IN HAND and ship U.S. Post Office Priority mail insured. Most items ship out same day payment is received when payments are received by 2 pm EST. and items are usually received within 3-4 business days.  During exceptionally busy holiday times, there may be a one to two day processing time before shipment.

Drop shipped items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and generally require between 6-10 business days for delivery. The item descriptions specify which items are IN HAND, and which will be drop shipped

EXPRESS SHIPPING -- We have recently added a 2 day guaranteed Express shipping option. Express payments must be received by 2pm EST  (Monday thru Friday) for shipments to go out that same day. Otherwise they will ship out the following business day.  The two day guarantee begins after we drop off the item. The two day guarantee is a service of the Post Office and they are responsible for meeting this obligation or refunding the Express fee if they fail to meet the obligation.  If we are unable to get your express item out in a timely manner we will refund the Express shipping charge and downgrade the shipment to Priority mail. You will be notified if this occurs and will have the option to cancel the purchase for a full refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International buyers are welcome, however international shipping is very expensive and many buyers find the ship price unacceptable. International buyers or buyers shipping to an international address  must contact me PRIOR TO PURCHASE for a shipping cost. Shipping options offered will be for Express International and Priority International only and will be insured. Express shipping offers tracking but Priority offers only Delivery Confirmation but no en route tracking.

PRIVACY:
Watches Crafts and Collectbles, craftsnclocks.com respects your privacy and pledges to earn and keep your trust. All personal information you give us is kept confidential and protected with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. We will never sell any of your information to a third party nor will be pass in on to anyone who might intend to use it for any marketing purposes. We may contact you by phone to verify your purchase, contact and ship to info prior to shipping your item. You may be asked to participate in emails from us to alert you to new products that might be of interest. These generally are sent out monthly or less often. You may opt out of these mailings.

CONDITIONS OF USE
Watches Crafts and Collectibles, craftsnclocks.com agrees to provide you with your purchased product(s) promptly and in good working order. Unless otherwise stated all products purchased are new, acquired directly from the manufacturers with no flaws and are sent with tags and manufacturers warranty papers. Occasionally some collectible items are offered that are not new and may have been previously owned but in all such cases the condition will be fully and clearly disclosed.

Items received defective can be returned at my cost for replacement or refund. Defects must be identified and notification sent within 3 days of receipt. Problems developing after 3 days are still covered by the Manufacturers warranties.
