This RARE commemorative collectible Disneyland Canoe Race Mickey Mouse watch was released in 1993 and features Mickey and an all star cast of Disney cartoon favorite characters paddling a canoe with a banner signifying the Disneyland 30th annual race. The watch has a gold tone bezel and stainless steel case back. Three hand Japanese quartz movement. Number 28 of a total of only 1000 limited edition. Black leather band. This is a new unworn working collectible. It will arrive working with a new battery. Case diameter: 36mm Band width: 18mm

Canoe Races of the World, also known as C.R.O.W., is a beloved annual Cast Member only racing event that dates back to 1963 at Disneyland and 1973 at Disney World, and now also occurs at Disney Parks worldwide. The competition occurs on the Rivers of America traveling around Tom Sawyers Island in the Magic Kingdom before park open in canoes that were part of the original Davy Crockett Explorer canoes which weigh over 1500 pounds and must be lowered into the water by cranes. YouTubes are posted that show the races from recent years.
