Fossil 1996 Brickyard 400 motor speedway commemorative watch. This rare collectors watch is in new unworn working condition. Features the race event logo on the watch face with the date noted on the bottom. Two tone Silver gold tone bezel. Original brown band embossed with AC Delco name logo as a sponsor of that race. Sold out novelty collectible wristwatch with matching tin. Case Diameter 34 mm. Band width 18 mm. Three hand quartz movement, analog display.

This is a standard mens size for watches in the mid 1990s. Watch faces have gotten larger since then so it can also be worn as a womens oversized watch. Comes on the original band and fits up to an 8 1/2 inch diameter wrist. The band is in unworn mint condition, great for display -- but if it is to be worn regularly it may begin to have some cracking due to age related stiffness and you might consider replacing it with a newer band. 

The 1996 Brickyard 400, the 3rd running of the event, was a NASCAR Winston Cup Series race held on August 3, 1996 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The race was the nineteenth of the 1996 NASCAR Winston Cup Series season. Jeff Gordon of Hendrick Motorsports won the pole position with a speed of 176.419 miles per hour (283.919 km/h),[3] while Robert Yates Racing's Dale Jarrett won the race.
